ANSWER: Dental

Twenty

The 20 baby teeth, or primary teeth, begin forming below the gums before birth. The two lower front teeth (central incisors) are generally the first to erupt. This typically occurs around six months of age, but can vary by a several months from child to child. Most children will have a full set of baby teeth by the time they are three years old.

Some children are actually born with a tooth or teeth. These are called neonatal teeth. They are true baby teeth and not extras. If your child is born with a tooth or has one erupt shortly after birth, a dentist should evaluate the situation.

Seven

Police Academy is a series of comedy films, the first six of which were made in the 1980s. The seventh and to date last installment, Mission to Moscow, was released in 1994.The series opened with Police Academy (1984) which started with the premise that a new mayor had announced a policy requiring the police department to accept all willing recruits. The movie followed a group of misfit recruits in their attempts to prove themselves capable of being police officers. The main character, Carey Mahoney (Steve Guttenberg), was a repeat offender who was forced to join the police academy as punishment.

In general, all of the movies and television shows depended on low-brow humor, usually based on simple characterizations and physical comedy. As with many similar movies, the theme was a group of underdogs struggling to prove themselves while various stereotyped authority figures tried to suppress them. The sequels have not been well received by some critics over the years. The first film grossed $81.2 million in North America, with the following films earning $150 million in total.

A handicap is a numerical measure of an amateur golfer's playing ability based on the tees played for a given course. It is used to calculate a net score from the number of strokes actually played, thus allowing players of different proficiency to play against each other on somewhat equal terms. The higher the handicap of a player, the poorer the player is relative to those with lower handicaps.

A golfer's handicap is calculated by determining his average score against par over a number of rounds. If par for a given course is 72 and the golfer has averaged a score of 85 over his last 10 rounds, he would have a handicap of 13. As he finishes more rounds at the course and turns in his official scores, his handicap can go up and down. However, once a handicap has been established, it is difficult for the score to go up more than a few shots in a given season.

A golfer gets an official handicap once he or she has completed at least 10 rounds at an official United States Golf Association course. Scores must be kept on an official scorecard and it needs to be signed by the golfer and one of his playing partners for his score to be considered official. Once you have sent in 10 official scores that have been recognized by the USGA, the organization will send you a handicap card. You can keep that card in your wallet and show it to your competitors when they want to know what your handicap is.

Mount St. Helens is most famous for its catastrophic eruption on May 18, 1980, at 8:32am PDT which was the deadliest and most economically destructive volcanic event in the history of the United States. Fifty-seven people were killed; 250 homes, 47 bridges, 15 miles (24 km) of railways, and 185 miles (298 km) of highway were destroyed. The eruption caused a massive debris avalanche, reducing the elevation of the mountain's summit from 9,677 feet (2,950 m) to 8,365 feet (2,550 m) and replacing it with a 1 mile (1.6 km) wide horseshoe-shaped crater. The debris avalanche was up to 0.7 cubic miles (2.9 km3) in volume. The Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument was created to preserve the volcano and allow for its aftermath to be scientifically studied.

ANSWER: Soft Drinks

Mountain Dew

Mountain Dew is one of the most popular drinks in the world. In fact, it was the fourth most popular soft drink in America during 2005.

Mountain Dew was originally invented in the 1940s. I say "originally" because the drink that was bought by the Pepsi Company was actually the third edition of the drink. The inventors originally made Mountain Dew to be mixed with whiskey. In fact, that's why they gave the name Mountain Dew.

Mountain Dew was actually slang for "moonshine". Another fun fact is that the original container featured a hillbilly who was holding a jug of whiskey. There was also an outhouse, a pig, and a man running from the hillbilly who had shot at him.

The United States Declaration of Independence is a statement adopted by the Continental Congress on July 4, 1776, which announced that the thirteen American colonies then at war with Great Britain were now independent states, and thus no longer a part of the British Empire.

The most famous signature on the engrossed copy is that of John Hancock, who, as President of Congress, presumably signed first. Hancock's large, flamboyant signature became iconic, and John Hancock emerged in the United States an informal synonym for "signature". Two future presidents, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams, were among the signatories. Edward Rutledge (age 26) was the youngest signer, and Benjamin Franklin (age 70) was the oldest signer.

All Saints Day

All Saints' Day (also called All Hallows or Hallowmas), often shortened to All Saints, is a feast celebrated on November 1 in Western Christianity, and on the first Sunday after Pentecost in Eastern Christianity in honour of all the saints, known and unknown.

In terms of Western Christian theology, the feast commemorates all those who have attained the beatific vision in heaven. Specifically, in the Roman Catholic Church, the next day, All Souls' Day, commemorates the departed faithful who have not yet been purified and reached heaven.

Vitamin B2

Riboflavin, also known as vitamin B2, is an easily absorbed micronutrient with a key role in maintaining health in humans and animals. Vitamin B2 is required for a wide variety of cellular processes. Like the other B vitamins, it plays a key role in energy metabolism, and is required for the metabolism of fats, ketone bodies, carbohydrates, and proteins.

Milk, cheese, leafy green vegetables, liver, kidneys, legumes such as mature soybeans, yeast, mushrooms and almonds are good sources of vitamin B2, but exposure to light destroys riboflavin.

Slowhand

The Yardbirds’ manager, Giorgio Gomelsky, christened Eric “Slowhand” early in 1964.

Yardbirds rhythm guitarist Chris Dreja recalled that whenever Eric broke a guitar string during a concert, Eric would stay on stage and replace it. The English audiences would wait out the delay by doing what is called a “slow handclap”.

Eric told his official biographer, Ray Coleman, that “My nickname of Slowhand came from Giorgio Gomelsky. He coined it as a good pun. He kept saying I was a fast player, so he put together the slow handclap phrase into Slowhand as a play on words.”

In a June 1999 online chat, Eric gave a slightly different version of how his nickname came about: “I think it might have been a play on words from the “Clap” part of my name. In England, in sport, if the crowd is getting anxious, we have a slow handclap, which indicates boredom or frustration. But it wasn’t my idea it was someone else’s comment.”
