I forgot about yesterday's question, but I have an answer today...
0 or no handicap... a "scratch" golfer tends to shoot par or better... something I dream of doing!
I say zero - nothing - nada

scratch means no handicap. zero.
A pro golfer who wins lots of cash meaning he has some serious scratch... Man that Tiger Woods is a scratch golfer!
Actually I think a golfer who shoots par.
