Matt prides himself on being some sort of trivia whiz, so this blog is to see how well he can do with random trivia questions, and how many of you out there can beat him at his own game. don't know exact date but i believe it was Franklin Roosevelt who made it official....probably sometime in the 30's.
It was after either WW1 or WW2 so I'll say 1945
Woodrow Wilson was president... so 1914?
