QUESTION: Name That Film
James Bond's assignment is to retrieve a missing encryption device known as ATAC. What movie is this?
People would not have know what an encryoption device is until at least the 90s. Sounds like this was from Golden Eye. I have not seen the last two Bonds yet :(
