Matt prides himself on being some sort of trivia whiz, so this blog is to see how well he can do with random trivia questions, and how many of you out there can beat him at his own game. I will say tenderloin because of the price!

Chateau Briand is the filet cut.
I agree with mom, tenderloin, but the name comes from some French guy. He was associated with someone important, Napoleon maybe??
Well, chateau means house... So my guess would be Porterhouse steak which comes from the tenderloin. So tenderloin?
