the Needle
Soundgarden, one of my favorite bands. I remember the 90s and the flannel and the rise of Seattle as a mecca for distopian youth whatever that means.

Soundgarden? I think they were from Seattle... Black Hole Sun is a good song.
sorry....don't know....the sculpture is called the Needle, but have no idea about band name...read the question wrong...
