Viagra has been used illegally by some pro cyclist to get them adjusted to high altitudes. It helps increase bloodflow in the lungs by opening up capillaries. (I think)
The original usage was to increase blood flow in the lungs.
I do believe it was heart medication.
I'll go out on a limb and say "Blood Pressure"
