A definition?... Uh, The group of colors (usually Red, Yellow, Blue) that are the building blocks for the rest of the colors in the spectrum. Does that work?
A Primary color that can not be made by a combo of other colors - yellow, blue, red - they make all the other colors in different combinations.

Primary Colors signify the three points in the color spectrum where the magnetic resonance of the light frequency is equal to zero.
Primary colors has the ability to mix and make other colors that are not in the spectrum....
And no color can be mixed to make them-- ya' douche.
