I'll go with Opray Winfrey....unless she has a middle name also which is unknown to me..

Harpo Leibowicz. She had to cover up her Jewish last name to avoid the racial stereotyping in Hollywood.
Her birth name was Orpah, I think ,and somewhere along the line, it got changed to Oprah..the last name was Winfrey.
Gonna go out on a limb and say... Oprah Winfrey.
